We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products or you may request to return your un-used order for a full refund.

 

Acceptable Reasons for Return.
  • Product is damaged or defective.
• Product is not what you ordered.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• You ordered the wrong product.

Conditions for Returns
• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• You must call us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
• Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
• Product must include original packaging for 85% refund.
• Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.

Amounts of Refund
• 100% price & shipping Damaged, defective, or mis-sent items
• 100% price Product quality does not meet your expectations
• 85% price You ordered the wrong product or no longer want or need the product
• 85% or less Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return
• 0% Item was purchased more than 45 days ago.

Shipping costs for items returned to CERAMICDECORATING.COM for reasons other than defective or damaged merchandise are the customer's responsibility. Items refused or marked 'returned to sender' will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refunded cost.

Warranty Replacement Returns For products covered under warranty replacements (purchased more than 30 days ago, but still under warranty), and processed through CERAMICDECORATING.COM rather than the manufacturer, please call 1-866-325 9775 for a return authorization. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to CERAMICDECORATING.COM for replacement. After receiving the returned defective product we will evaluate and if appropriate replace the product at no additional cost to you. When shipping warranty replacement products to CERAMICDECORATING, please use a track-able service such as UPS or FedEx or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Other Information: All products that are received from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without notice.

Return Procedures
To return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Call us at (866) 325-9775 or email us at ceramicdecorating@yahoo.com for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:
• Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)
• Reason for return
• Your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in case we need to call you back about your return.

2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including fully resalable condition (except for defective product).

3. Return the merchandise via UPS, or US Mail insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by CERAMICDECORATING.COM are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.

4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. All RMA packages should be sent to:

Credits
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts
